What are Regional/National helpdesks?
The helpdesk is a support mechanism established in each Regional/National Covenant that provides support to current and prospective signatories and other interested stakeholders, as needed. Key tasks of a helpdesk usually include:
- Serve as entry point for queries (by phone and (e)mail)
- Respond to operational and technical questions related to GCoM in a timely manner
- Disseminate information on activities, events, resources, etc.
- Keep track of the signatories and their progress in a region/country
- Liaise with the GCoM Secretariat, share feedback on questions/queries received
The contact details of all Regional/National helpdesks are available on the Join Us section of the GCoM website upon selection of the relevant country.
