What are Regional/National helpdesks?

The helpdesk is a support mechanism established in each Regional/National Covenant that provides support to current and prospective signatories and other interested stakeholders, as needed. Key tasks of a helpdesk usually include:

  • Serve as entry point for queries (by phone and (e)mail)
  • Respond to operational and technical questions related to GCoM in a timely manner
  • Disseminate information on activities, events, resources, etc.
  • Keep track of the signatories and their progress in a region/country
  • Liaise with the GCoM Secretariat, share feedback on questions/queries received

The contact details of all Regional/National helpdesks are available on the Join Us section of the GCoM website upon selection of the relevant country.
