National Energy Efficiency Action Plan
In 2019, the Georgian Government finalised a National Energy Efficiency Action Plan, through an intensive stakeholder consultation process, involving 100 organisations, including most national ministries and major municipalities, the private sector and international partners. The Plan outlines the implementation of energy efficient measures, including those that fall in the jurisdiction of municipal governments, and capacity building activities for existing institutions, including municipal governments.
