France’s National Low-Carbon Strategy
France’s National Low-Carbon Strategy (SNBC) sets targets to reduce GHG emissions throughout France and requires local and regional authorities to draw up and implement appropriate action plans. The SNBC proposes recommendations to improve policy coherence, develop intergovenmental synergies, localise indicators and share data.
