The Canadian Climate Plan incorporates cities through electrifying public transit networks, promoting active transportation, tree planting. The Plan commits to invest up to $3.16 billion over 10 years, to partner with provinces, territories, non government organizations, Indigenous communities, municipalities, private landowners, and others to plant two billion trees.
