What are Regional/National Secretariats?
All Regional/National Covenants are supported by operation teams which may be structured as formal or informal Secretariats. Most of them are financed by the EU.
Secretariats are responsible for coordination and facilitate joint planning and strategy for the region. They also provide capacity building activities and liaise with the GCoM Secretariat.
